Q: Are there different levels of training? ie. easy, intermediate, advanced
A: Programs are tailored to meet your fitness level while pushing you to reach your goals. We have progressions and modifications within each session for newbies, intermediate and advanced clients. This allows us to offer more time slots to ALL LEVELS of people.
Q. When are training sessions offered?
A. They are offered at varying time between 5am-10am and again from 4pm-8pm. Mon-Friday. We also have Saturday morning sessions available.
Q. How long is a training session?
A. All training sessions are 30-60 minutes in duration, but you can and SHOULD show up early to warm up and stick around after to stretch.
Q. How do I get into the Program?
A. You must fill out an Application HERE to make sure you are a good fit for this coaching opportunity.
Complainers and Whiners need not apply.
We only want athletes who will support their teammates and encourage one another.
In other Words-If you show up, be nice, and try your best, you will gain admittance into our program.
Q. How much does the program cost?
A. It really depends on frequency and needs of our athletes.
Q. What do I wear/Bring to training?
A. Bring proper exercise clothes and shoes (don’t train in your work clothes, we have fitting rooms for you to change). Again please bring TRAINING SHOES (cross trainers work well). Bring a water bottle, towel, training gloves (optional).
